Driven by an ethical work habit I have a get it done attitude that offers my clients proven financial, analytical, presentation, sales, business development, negotiation, and leaderships skills which help drive successful real estate transactions.

Before obtaining my real estate license I worked across the nation as a developer of Sec 42 affordable and historic tax credit rental housing made possible through collaboration of public and private entities. In addition I am a property specialist in 1031 Exchanges, home rehabilitations, interior design, and property management. I have served on the Board and as President of the Blaine County Housing Authority.

When I'm not working I love to camp, boat, hike and ski with my family. I adore my wonderfully supportive husband Tim, our twin daughters Tanner and Mercer, our dogs, cat, and fish!
